Return Policy

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY -- Our goal is to do everything we can to make sure you are happy with our service and products.  In the event you choose to cancel your purchase, the following rules will apply:

Mattresses, Box springs, and Adjustable Bases

Purchases may be cancelled prior to delivery.  After delivery, purchases cannot be cancelled for a refund. 

All Adjustable bases, floor model/closeouts, Cal King/Split Cal King items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund after delivery.  Floor model/closeout items are sold without a mfg warranty.  Mattress exchanges (other than Cal King/Split Cal King) after delivery will follow our 125 Day Comfort Guarantee policy.

 

Accessories (including, but not limited to pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, etc.)

Purchases may be cancelled prior to delivery.  After delivery, they may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange only if they are unopened and in new condition. Sorry, but we cannot refund or exchange opened accessories due to sanitary reasons.
