CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY --

Our goal is to exceed your expectation with our service and products.  In the event you choose to cancel your purchase, the following rules will apply:

Mattresses/Foundations/Adjustable Bases

All orders are placed within 24 hours. Purchases may be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, orders cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order,  a restocking fee of 35% of your total purchase will be assessed.

Adjustable bases, foundations, and floor model/closeout items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.  Floor model/closeout items are sold without a mfg. warranty.  Mattresses eligible for exchange after delivery will follow our COMFORT GUARANTEE POLICY. No discounts on comfort or warranty exchanges.

 

Frames and Accessories (including, but not limited to pillows, protectors, sheets, etc.)

All sales are final and not eligible for returns.
